Jeb Bush recently criticized Obama's foreign policy decisions, specifically, the continued conflicts i the Middle-East. But, Jeb finds himself trapped by the Bush legacy again as critics immediately rip back into him for the comments. One critic claims that no one named Bush is authorized to complain about policy decisions leading to a quagmire. This comment is more than likely an appeal to the Republican party, an effort to show that Jeb is "tough on terror." He claims that ISIS is a threat to Western Civilization and further encroachment into the Syrian and Iraqi conflicts, without a solid plan to defeat ISIS, is putting our safety into jeopardy.

It seems as though Jeb is following the "Bush Legacy" rather than making his own. Which is harming him after the disapproval of his family's past actions. He is right about ISIS being a threat, but we need to find a way to defeat them without shedding too much US blood.
